Shipping Policy

We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location within South Africa:

• Major centres (JHB, CPT, DBN): 2–4 business days
• Outlying areas: 4–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

For large or bulky orders (e.g. bulk welding wire, gas cylinders), freight delivery may apply and will be quoted separately.

We currently ship within South Africa only. If you require international delivery, please contact us directly to arrange a quote.

All orders are tracked. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
